In my role, I work extensively with MS SQL for data querying, reporting, and managing scheduled jobs via SQL Server Agent. I also automate and monitor routine tasks using Windows Task Scheduler and WinSCP for secure SFTP file transfers. My responsibilities include maintaining clear documentation such as incident logs, change requests, and system implementation records. I also manage cloud services, including ECS, VPC, EIP, EVS, OBS, CBR, HSS, LTS, CTS, and IMS on Huawei Cloud.
Beyond support roles, I have a passion for web development, automation testing, and cloud engineering. The Food Delivery application is a full-stack project built using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). allows users to register, log in, browse the menu, add/remove items from the cart, and track orders in real-time. Admins can manage the menu by adding, editing, or deleting items and updating order statuses. The backend handles authentication, data management, and secure password encryption.
Developed a dynamic full stack web portfolio using Vue.js with the Nuxt framework, featuring responsive pages, custom components, and layouts tailored for an engaging user experience. Integrated TailwindCSS for styling and utilized Nuxt’s server-side capabilities for optimized performance. Backend services built with Express.js and MongoDB provide secure authentication, profile management, and portfolio data handling, ensuring efficient state management and seamless data flow across pages.
A To-Do List Application built using Python Flask and SQLite allows users to manage tasks efficiently. The project involves creating a web app where users can add, edit, update, and delete task lists (cards) and items (checklist) within each card.
